A non-refundable booking deposit will be required for all treatments carried out. This will be 20% of the total cost of treatment. Please note that the booking will not be secure until deposit is made.

Pre and post pictures will be taken during your treatment for insurances purposes. These images will not be shared on social media without prior consent.

if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, you are required to give 48 hours notice. If 48 hours notice period is given, you can transfer your initial deposit to the new appointment. Failure to cancel or rearrange within 48 hours will result in you loosing your deposit.

You must arrive at the time of your appointment. Lateness of more than 10 minutes without prior notice may result in your appointment being rearranged as i do not rush treatments due to lateness.

Please make sure you are 100% happy to go ahead with treatments especially for prescription only services as these products are especially for you and cannot be returned, refunded or used for anyone else.

Please allow for 48 response time to any queries (usually quicker than this) as i am still a full time registered nurse and patient care is my priority at all times.
